Why do I see these underlined links?

Why do I see these double underlined links? These double underlinedlinks are part of a pay per click advertising program called Infolinks. Infolinks adds In-Text ads within textual pages' content. If you hover with the mouse over these special underlined links, you will see a small dialog box containing advertisement related to the keyword marked. If you click on the ad, you'll be directed to the advertiser's landing page; otherwise, when the mouse is moved away from the hyperlink, the bubble disappears. infolinks example Infolinks Infolinks presents the next generation of In-Text Advertising , allowing publishers to monetize their text with contextual ads and provide more for their visitors.
